What a right-sized experience programme actually looks like

Enterprise CX programmes are built for enterprise budgets. Here’s what the essentials look like for a growing business.

Large organisations run experience programmes with dedicated teams, specialist software and quarterly reporting cycles. It’s easy to look at that and decide it isn’t for you.

The principles scale down well. The overhead doesn’t need to come with them.

The essentials

  • One clear owner for experience, even if it’s part of their role.

  • A small set of measures, tracked consistently.

  • A regular rhythm for reviewing what customers and staff are saying.

  • A short list of improvements, each with a name next to it.

What to leave out

You probably don’t need a new platform, a fifty-question survey or a dashboard nobody opens. Start with what you can sustain, prove that acting on feedback changes results, and grow from there.

Right-sized isn’t a smaller version of the real thing. For most businesses, it is the real thing.

Most engagements start with a short discovery call. No pitch deck, just a clear next step.
